We always feel singled out because we're in a corner space and more visible than other homes.

When mgmt. gives a notice to correct something or clean yard, etc. and gives a time frame for the correction, part of their responsibility should be to follow-up with the homowner personally to ensure the corrections(s)are agreed upon by both parties.

How many of you homowners have taken the necessary corrective actions per your notice, only to be blindsided by the parks gardeners showing up (and there's nothing to do) and then being billed for it only because mgmt. failed to see you about it??

This is why is VITAL to:
document
document
document!
After you complete something they have told you needs to be done, you need to take a dated picture with the problem clearly corrected. If you can provide this, there's no reason you should have to pay their landscaper fee.

I feel that there is a conflict of
interest when you are dealing with
a N. H. Realastate Agent to sell your home and Mobile Home Manager
is dating/(engaged) to this partiular Agent. When a situation/
issues develops with this partiular Agent.
His girlfriend gets involved, by
providing him with information that was intended to be used against your situation. Your business could become their pillar talk! It became a conflict of interest. If I would have known about their involement I would not have use him in anyway. Conflict of interest. It is a not good business pratice.

On 3/25/08 I was served with a "Courtesy Reminder Notice". The item checked was "Home needs to be: (washed) (painted).

The only problem with this notice is my house was just painted 6 months ago or so. I went to talk to Tina the manager. I ended up talking to Rhonda which I recommend no one deal with her because she needs a new job. Her customer service is the worst. I finally learned Edgar Cagare was the individual who served this notice. I asked him to come to my property and show me what he was talking about. He finally acknowledged the house was painted and no issues existed with the paint. I had him sign his document acknowledging my house was painted and did not require a wash.

Rhonda from Casa De Lago management said they did a blanket notice to the whole park to wash and paint their properties. She said they wanted tenants to wake up and smell the roses. This is just a poor practice to those tenants who are compliant with freshly painted homes.

After Edgar signed this notice, he later shows up with more lot inspection criteria stating more things needed attention. Casa De Lago Management are lyers. Edgar agreed my lot was good and then later changes his mind and comes up with silly requests that needed fixing.

My home is the best looking one in the block and I'm being singled out and will be doing something about it.

Residents, if you have received a notice to paint or power wash your house, you need to respond to that notice in writing (do not let it become a 7day notice)..submit with a a picture of your house, your explanation and a copy of their 'courtesy' notice. You can tell them you plan to paid this year, you don't plan to paint because your rents to high, you power wash every year, whatever fits. Our corporate attorney Bruce Stanton will be here on Wed. 4/16 with more information..Thanks all, Donna

Yes, the manager is married to a NH Agent. Bill Cotton, I believe.
