I asked a simple question asking for your input, and as of this posting, not one person responded. Let me ask you something; if you were the person asking for input and you recieved nothing back from anyone, what would be your incentive to continue?
So far I see no reason to make a Web Site due to everyones lack of participation.
A spot for recommendations for services would be nice. I lucked out finding a plumber who understood mobile home issues and a good painter but it was dumb luck. A referral spot would be helpful. Thanks for your effort.
Does this Tina have a personality problem? It's like she has to be mean and short. I pay 1300 a month and would like to feel more like a customer than a prisoner.
maybe you can talk about how residents that park in front of their own home to unload kids or groceries have their cars towed, but people that park in the "no park, or be towed" spots are left to park there for hours while they wait for their laundry to be washed and then dried?

Damn I was thinking of moving here whats the average rent a month? We are looking into the 2 story mobile homes. . .
